Our Team
Compass Sea School Ltd brings together a professional team of RYA instructors, examiners and trainers who also have a significant background in search and rescue with the RNLI.
Jake Scott Principal

Jake is the Principal of Compass Sea School. He is an RYA Yachtmaster® Power (commercial), a Powerboat Trainer / Advanced Examiner, First Aid, VHF SRC, Sea Survival and Yachtmaster Shorebased Instructor. He is also a STCW 95 Trainer. |

Kath is our Operations Manager and Chief Instructor at the School. She is an Advanced Powerboat Instructor, RYA Coastal Skipper (Sail), VHF SRC and Yachtmaster Shorebased Instructor. |

Chris is an instructor at the School. He is an Advanced Powerboat Instructor, VHF SRC and Day Skipper Shorebased instructor. |
