BBC reporter Kate Silverton (pictured below) followed the River Severn from its source to the sea on the Bristol Channel this month to report on the recent flooding that has affected Gloucestershire.
When approached by the BBC, Compass Sea School were pleased to assist by providing one of our ribs and an instructor to safely guide the BBC team from Sharpness to Portishead.
Geoff Dawe (Chief Instructor) said, it was a delight to welcome Kate onto the Bristol channel.
